Day of Prayer

PEW35 Elevate Day of Prayer PEW35 Ministry is dedicated to building confidence in prayer, and as we’ve visited with thousands across the midwest, we’ve found a common theme. As Christians, we like to talk about prayer!

What we’ve discovered is that it’s highly effective to stop talking about prayer and instead PRAY!

Spend a day learning by doing. Immerse yourself in prayer and discover how easy AND powerful it is to be confident in your prayer life.

Come join us for another day of Prayer, Encouragement, and Worship.

Students in grades 6–12 are welcome to attend.

What does the day look like?

The format is very simple. Students split their time between praying in small groups and worship (praying in song). Each small group prayer session is started with a time of equipping that helps give a starting point to prayer. We have a lunch break and some activity time to break up the day, but we spend the majority of our time in prayer.

Do students come in groups or as individuals?

Some students will come as part of a youth group, some as part of a group of students that hang out together and decide to come, and some will have mom/dad drop them off.

Does my mom/dad, youth leader need to attend with me?

We don’t expect parents or youth leaders to attend with their students; however, we do welcome them to be a part of it. Adults attending have two choices – to take an active role as part of the staff, or to be visitor and not interact with youth.
